I got a quote for my gutters from IPP. Paul gave me a very reasonable price for the job. He brought a sample of the materials before I signed the contract and they looked top quality. A week after I had my gutters, fascias and soffits changed within a day. He is coming back to change the roof in my porch. I will definitely recommend him. Top job

IPP were chosen to undertake extensive repairs to the roof of my detached house. The work they carried out was done with minimum fuss and all work was done to an exacting standard and finish. The "Guv'nor" was a man you could talk to very easily and he showed an interest in explaining exactly how the work would be accomplished. The men who did the work, including the main man, were polite and quietly efficient, and all traces of debris were cleaned up afterwards. Well done!

We were very pleased with Paul and his team. They were on site every day (despite the freezing weather). The liaised with the scaffolders, skip people and the council. The recent rain and snow have been a good test of the work and we're very pleased with the outcome. There was one minor problem with the work, for which they came back and resolved. All in all, we've very happy and would recommend them to others.

Paul came round to quote within 48 hours of posting my job and explained clearly what was needed and the costs. The work was carried out within a week. I was not on site during the work as it was an outside roof extension replacement so need to be present but the work was completed in the time frame given and everything was cleared up afterwards. The leak has not returned even after several weeks of dreadful weather. I would definitely use them again.

My wife and I appointed IPP to undertake a significant reconfiguration of our newly-purchased Victorian terrace, which was in needs of some serious modernisation. From the very first meeting, Paul showed a genuine interest in the project and suggested lots of solutions and ideas which made us feel he would really care about the end result. He and the team were friendly, helpful, hard-working and always listened patiently to our requests or questions. New kitchen/diner, utility room, two bathrooms and two new roofs, all with new plumbing and wiring, were completed over the winter to a high standard, for a fair price. We love our new family home! Would definitely recommend and am indeed already talking to Paul about the next phase of renovation.

Very good job. Friendly & reliable team. They were consistently here from the start of the job to the finish & we are very pleased with the end result. The overall project management worked well, with plumbers, electricians & plasterers all turning up when needed. Also big thanks to Shaffi & Dan for all of their efforts in general building work and in drinking my tea. Would use them again.

I asked IPP to help when I noticed my old soffit & fascia boards had started to warp due to water ingress. Paul & the team arrived promptly as agreed, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner, making sure that everything was clean & tidy after completion. The new soffit & fascia was replaced along with the guttering. It looks much much better, and I am assured that it will last for an extremely long time. Would recommend.
