IPP have been working on our major renovation. They've built our loft, completely gutted and redone our kitchen, bedrooms, and are now working on our bathroom.

The work is high quality and the team are professional, always on time, put in a solid day's work, friendly and approachable and always clean up after themselves, that makes a big difference when you are living in the house while it's being renovated.

They'be built new spaces in the house, taken down walls, rebuilt walls, moved doors, put in steels, redone electrics, plumbing decorating, you name it, we've had it done.

My wife and I appointed IPP to undertake a significant reconfiguration of our newly-purchased Victorian terrace, which was in needs of some serious modernisation. From the very first meeting, Paul showed a genuine interest in the project and suggested lots of solutions and ideas which made us feel he would really care about the end result. He and the team were friendly, helpful, hard-working and always listened patiently to our requests or questions.

New kitchen/diner, utility room, two bathrooms and two new roofs, all with new plumbing and wiring, were completed over the winter to a high standard, for a fair price.

We love our new family home! Would definitely recommend and am indeed already talking to Paul about the next phase of renovation.

We were very pleased with Paul and his team. They were on site every day (despite the freezing weather). The liaised with the scaffolders, skip people and the council. The recent rain and snow have been a good test of the work and we're very pleased with the outcome.

There was one minor problem with the work, for which they came back and resolved.

All in all, we've very happy and would recommend them to others. N Thomas

Paul organised and carried out a loft conversion on our property. Excellent work and the lads were all hard working and super friendly. Great quality and excellent finish to it all. Also was really honest with works to be done and costs.

Very good job. Friendly & reliable team. They were consistently here from the start of the job to the finish & we are very pleased with the end result. The overall project management worked well, with plumbers, electricians & plasterers all turning up when needed.

IPP gave a good impression on initial contact and visit to arrange the quotation. The roof was completed on schedule and - in comparison to building work I've had on other properties - was good value for money.

I've had a few comments from neighbours walking past impressed with the quality of the work and have recommended IPP to the owner of a property two doors away.

I got a quote for my gutters from IPP. Paul gave me a very reasonable price for the job. He brought a sample of the materials before I signed the contract and they looked top quality.

A week after I had my gutters, fascias and soffits changed within a day. He is coming back to change the roof in my porch.

I asked IPP to help when I noticed my old soffit & fascia boards had started to warp due to water ingress.

Paul & the team arrived promptly as agreed, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner, making sure that everything was clean & tidy after completion. The new soffit & fascia was replaced along with the guttering.
